Leg cramps are a very common during pregnancy. Main cause is increased weight of mother. Increased calcium intake also can cause leg cramps.
* Drink plenty of water
* Wear supportive stockings.
* Do not stand for long time
* Massage calf and leg muscles during the day and before bed.
* Take a short walk.
* Bath your legs with warm water.
